Great company for jobs big and small. They give you an estimated quote and try to come as close as possible depending on how long the project last and any changes. They supervise the sub contractors and have a long list of reliable and reputable subs. I thought the quality of woodwork and tile work was very superior. Overall very satisfied with our kitchen remodel, basement remodel and small jobs such as new molding or painting. I would definitely use again in the future.

Do not use this company. Did a horrible job on a project that I hired them to do. The whole remodel was one issue after the next. Now my sink continues to leak because an air gap was not installed, which they assured me was not required, but when I had the home inspected I was stuck paying to have that fixed according to Seattle code. I reached out to have a conversation about the project and when he found out who I was he stopped communicating. I called a couple times and left a message. Horrible job by this company and I would not recommend them even if they were doing a 50% off deal on all projects because you will have to have someone else come in after them to fix it.

Lawrence is very bright, honest, reliable and his aesthetic design sense is far better than that of most remodeling contractors. He is calm during the inevitable remodel surprises and setbacks and treats his workers well. I gave him 4 stars rather than 5 on value for the money because, despite knowing lots of affordable sources, he is still at the mercy of Seattle pricey labor market. But I would hire him again and I recommend him to friends.
