Where do I begin??? I took my 2006 Aprilia Scarabeo scooter in at the beginning of April for a couple of known issues (coolant leak and tire leak). I also asked that they do a full inspection of my scooter to see if there was anything else that needed fixing. Basically, I wanted a safe, reliable scooter for the summer riding season. Mechanic did an inspection and provided me with a list of things that needed work. I agreed to the items listed at a price of around $1100 (parts and labor). After a lot of checking in and prompting on my part, he let me know my scooter was done and would be ready to pick up on the 30th of May. I arrived with some friends and after paying the invoice, got my keys and proceeded to drive off. Well, as I took off I noticed the gas indicator light was below empty and thought it was pretty unprofessional to return the bike to the customer without any gas. I stopped at the nearest gas station about five blocks down the road, put my bike on the kickstand and started pumping gas. Immediately the gas I put in started flowing out of the bike and puddling on the ground. So I stopped and drove right back to the shop. There was no gas leak when I brought my scooter into the shop in April and no mention of the problem on the inspection report. After pointing out the issue to the mechanic he very quickly came to the conclusion that it didn't leak when it was on the center stand, only when it was on the kickstand. Which is why I didn't notice the leak when I picked it up because it was on the center stand. After talking to his boss he agreed to cover the labor if I bought the part and said the fuel tank was available in the U.S. and he would have my scooter ready to go in 2-3 weeks. Well, 3+ months later and I still don't have a working scooter. In fact, they just sent me a message that because the scooter is so "old" that many of the parts have been "abolished" and the part isn't available and I'll need to come and get my scooter as soon as possible. There are many other details to this story that I won't bore you with here, but essentially, my scooter was running fine when I took it to their shop in April. Five months and $1100 later they tell me to come and pick up my inoperable scooter. Never have I written a bad review on Yelp or any other site. But I felt so strongly about their crappy way of dealing with this and total disregard for customer service that I had to say something. ******Do not take your business here****** (Please note that this place was always known for having great service, hence all the good reviews on here. But after 20+ years in business the original owner sold the business to a new guy (Joe) in October 2017. I have a feeling they're going to be seeing a lot more bad reviews on here under the new ownership).

These guys are GREAT! It is always a pleasure working with them as they are friendly, professional and love what they are doing.

I bought my bike from them and they have done a great job maintaining the bike for me, performing work and modifications to make the bike run better.

I trust these guys implicitly as when doing work they give you all of the options available (including do it yourself) with costs. They explain pros and cons of each and what they would recommend. Unlike other shops I have been they most expensive options is not always the best.
