Nothing in stock. Charged $20 to have another company's warehouse ship it to me (10 miles away), and when the valve leaked, the Morgan clerk blamed it on the plumber who installed it. He then said I could come back to the store to pick up a replacement (extraordinarily inconvenient) or call Moen directly, which I opted to do. Moen addressed everything, said the valves sometimes have issues (didn't blame my plumber), is mailing a replacement to me (for free), and is sending me a coupon for a deep discount on other Moen fixtures I might want. Also, I was shopping for a vanity and a bathroom vent-fan neither of which the clerk (or the manager-looking person who was mulling about) was interested in helping me with. This is experience was in high contrast to the customer care I got when Morgan's was on Stone Way. Phooey on this north-end store.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. My in-laws have been working for years to get their downstairs bathroom remodeled. They worked with Morgan's Bath and Kitchen in Seattle to order a custom glass shower, a couple of high-quality toilets, and a new sink - it all took 4 to 6 months to finally get everything, and when they had it installed, it was all wrong. The glass shower went all the way to the ceiling with no gap for ventilation, the toilets were the wrong type and didn't fit (after Morgan's sent out a "professional" to determine what would be best), and the sink was not what they ordered. Morgan's is blaming my 80-year-old in-laws for all of the issues and won't provide any replacements or refunds. Unbelievably horrible customer service.

We go to them often. They are excellent. They are really thorough and easy to talk to. They are willing to give us any information without having to buy anything. They will spend all the time with us that we need. We really like them.

Russ Morgan helped design the kitchen - he was extremely patient with us. He reworked the design multiple times, as we exposed issues in the destruction phase. We purchased the kitchen vent and sink through Morgan's also, along with all the cabinetry. They were very helpful choosing where to spend our money and where to save.
We use Morgan's for all of our plumbing needs, also. The staff is very knowledgeable, especially about old Ballard houses with old plumbing. They have saved us more than once, like when our water heater self-destructed on a Sunday. They not only were open, they had a water heater on sale.

They are pretty good. I used to go to their shop, and in fact, I bought shower doors from them and stuff; I had them installed by somebody else. They have pretty good quality stuffs. I went there because of their reputation. Sometimes, I go to places not necessarily for their pricing or if I am going to get a good deal; it is the reputation, and that they stand behind their products.

We originally ordered a sink from an internet company. The first sink arrived damaged, as did the replacement. We were having cabinets installed the next day. Morgan's had a sink in stock. They held one for us and were very friendly and informative. We will look to Morgan's first next time.

Just getting someone in the store to help proved a challenge. Then when I ordered it, they said it would be less than three days. A week later, I called to inquire. I got the run around and found out that they forgot to order the vanity. When the vanity finally came two weeks later, it had the wrong hardware. I called to ask if they could order the correct type. Again, I got the run around. Every time I called to get the issue resolved, I got a different story. Four weeks later (this is six weeks after I order the item) I had to call again. This time I demanded to talk to a manager. A week later, I was able to pick up the correct hardware. I have had similar experiences with Morgan's. I don't know why I went back. My contractor refuses to use them for the very reason I experienced. Awful service, no concern for the customer,and a pretentious attitude. I'm surprised they stay in business.

Initial process included a first draft design, a $500 deposit to continue to design process (credit on the actual purchase), collaboration with my general contractor on actual measurements, placing orders with manufacturers, making sure I paid my deposits (70%), keeping us informed about manufacturing and shipping time lines. When we had a concern about the quality of one of the pieces, he worked with us and a Pacific Crest representative to replace a cabinet door. We were pleased with customer service at Pacific Crest and NW Fabricators (Tacoma) as well.

Here's an exercise in screwing things up pretty badly but having a small company manager deal with it and make amends. They ordered the wrong sized glass door and fought me on it a bit to the point where I had to have the Holcom rep come by my house and confirm the error, this was after I had to get Mr. Morgan, assuming he's a family owner, out on the floor to remedy the situation. To be honest, most of the people I have dealt with at Morgan's are somewhat abrasive and not super sharp.
