More Than Audio

These guys were awesome from the beginning - great communication in helping me find the right bracket for the TV at a great price (it needed to be long enough to hang the TV in front of a 2 foot nook above the fireplace) as well as installing the TV and the sound bar and rerouting a bunch of wiring to components. They arrived early, were very efficient, put protective blankets down on the area they were working in, kept everything clean and tidy and were very good value for money. Other companies I had received quotes from for the job were far more expensive and kept trying to upsell me on equipment even though I told them that I had already purchased everything I needed. Todd was just focused on doing specifically what I asked for and making sure I was pleased with the results. Highly recommended.

After some discussion, Todd suggested that we not go ahead with the wiring as the room shape/materials were too restrictive. He recommended and ordered (at a discount) a pair of wireless speakers instead. They came quickly and were simple to install (they work perfectly, actually).
Todd didn't charge me for either the evaluation or the purchase. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Todd was fantastic. He told us the model antenna to buy and came on the day and time he said he'd be there to install it--an I mean the exact time, not like a cable company giving a four-hour window. He was friendly and didn't express any frustration about the job we asked him to do to take down an old TV antenna, install the new one, and connect it to two TVs. He had no problem doing the work from rooftop to the crawlspace and in the rooms in between. When all was finished, we had exactly what we wanted--HD TV service straight from the airwaves. I canceled Comcast and was grateful to Todd for helping us save so much money in monthly fees. I cannot give anyone a higher recommendation than I am giving to Todd. He didn't even have a problem with our dog!

Todd and (very sorry, but I didn't retain the name of the second fellow) did a great job. I would completely recommend them. I know enough to be dangerous, so I had a fairly specific idea what I wanted to happen. (I have a particular stereo cabinet I'm fitting everything into that involves lots of right-angle connectors, the installation upstairs is RGB component, not hdmi, but I want it future-proofed, thought I might be mounting an appletv on the back of the tv, etc.) We had a phone call and some email back-and-forth to figure out exactly what they were in for. They showed up with all the right parts and got to work. They were here most of the afternoon, and left things just in the state they found them, with the exception that I now had two TVs neatly mounted on the wall. The guys were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and game. They both profess to having more than ten years' experience. The price seems to be in a good spot for this kind of work. It's not an inexpensive process, but they produced a very good result, and it looks comparable or less expensive than other local vendors. For me, I was much happier than if I'd gone with one of the national firms that looks like they do local body shop-style contracting, and it looks like it was a better value, besides. Summary: I couldn't be happier. I wish I had more work to send their way.

It went well. He put down a pad on the floor on which he put his tools and supplies - that was impressive. He got the job done in a short period of time, cleaned up and left.

Excellent! Showed up on time and took only a couple of hours to complete the job. Hooked up the cable box, dvd player and xbox360. Tested out the mount and the remotes. Made sure everything was to my satisfaction before they left. Cleaned up everything before they left. Highly recommend their services for all entertainment/home theatre installs. Easiest contractor I have dealt with! We have done a ton of rennovations on our house and this was by far, the best experience!
