The workers were extremely prompt. Always on time. Constantino, the owner, was always in communication with me, and I knew the cost of everything before it was done. He always made sure that I understood how to run everything, and came out to go over everything with me when the work was done. He was also helpful in making suggestions if I asked him any questions or advice, but I never felt like he was trying to get me to spend more money.The entire job was well worth the price. The outside of my house looks beautiful, and will be easy to maintain.He has come out again to trouble shoot something with the sprinkler system.He returns phone calls.It is a small, family run business, but couldn't be better.I would totally recommend this company.I had called others to get estimates, and they never even called me back.Don't bother with other companies. Montes Landscaping and Excavation is the best.I couldn't be happier.

In addition to regular lawn maintenance, they have also cleared out unwanted plants from my children's play area, pruned and weeded, and given me advice on plans for future landscaping. I will definitely hire him for that when the time comes. He also built a gate for me and some wooden steps for the garage (to replace wobbly cinderblocks.)  These guys are super nice, highly efficient, and very reasonably priced.
