Of the six companies I called for estimates, Monarch was the only one willing to work with me on the cleaning products that would be used. I have parrots so it was imperative that were nontoxic . They sent the information on the cleaning solution so I could verify if it would be safe for my birds, and they agreed to use pure water with no additives for the final rinse. Charles did impeccable work. My carpets looked brand new after he was done. I will absolutely use them again, and recommend them to anyone with any chemical sensitivities or other situations that require nontoxic carpet cleaning.
We have used Monarch at home and at work for many years. We still miss Wayne. Danny is doing a great job keeping Monarch alive and thriving. Charles is top notch. He works efficiently, quickly, and thoroughly. There are no surprises with these guys. If it were possible to rate them any higher I would, but that's a limitation in Angie's List.
