It went fine and it went well. There was an issue with them calling back.

It went very well. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and honest about the permitting and building process - he was always able to explain the status, the issues, and clear solutions when problems arose. He has a great team around him and Dan, the project foreman, was great - excellent people skills, respectful, thoughtful, and a very bright and hard worker. The project, while big in scope, was in retrospect, almost zero stress because Jeff was such a great communicator and always had solutions if and when problems came up. And his follow up and continued positive relationship carries through - if there is any issues, he is there and fixes it - which is unlike nearly any other relationship I have had with a contractor. People should know about good people like Jeff and his company.
