Description of Work: Installed new tile floor in two rooms, installed utility sink & faucet, bath sink and faucet, reinstalled toilet, drywall, wall texture, installed laminate countertop in bath and laundry room.

 + -1 moreI got Mike's name from my RE agent. He had done a bunch of work in her home and she was really pleased. Overall we were really pleased as well! Mike is literally an artist and it shows in the final product. We had Mike come in and completely redo the main bathroom in the house we had just purchased. He origionally gave us a bid for his time and materials of around $5,000. We decided that we preferred to purchase our own materials so we agreed to move to an hourly rate. We also had others working in our home at that time and Mike suggested that the demo of the bathroom and some other labor, the electricity, etc. be sub-contracted to them because they were offering a lower hourly rate. That ended up saving us time AND money! Mike worked with us to come up with some ideas for the tile design and then produced and installed the tile like the pro he is. We are thrilled with the result!! We now have a unique bathroom with a slate floor and tub surround!
Description of Work: Install tub, vanity, sink, toilet, slate floor and tub surround. Plumbing and some demo of the old bathroom.
