I got three bids and Metro came in with the best price although the other bids weren't too much higher (~$150). I did get referred there, so that may have helped a little. There body shop was conveniently located in Sodo with easy access and parking. I wouldn't think this was a big deal, but getting to the other shops was inconvenient so I did look at it as a plus. Their office was also the cleanest/most professional and they were right on a bus line and had a Enterprise in the lobby. In terms of the work, I got scheduled within a week and the work was done in a couple of days. The job looks great and I have no complaints. Hopefully I don't ever have to go back, but I certainly would recommend them.

This is a body shop not a licenses car sales facility. The client service rep

steered me to the body shop in order to try to get my car. this occurred on company time among employees. Later the owner, Doug Woods, also tried to brush me off. All I want is to unwind the deal for an unsafe car I was duped into my knowledgeable experts who placed their own interests ahead of their customers.

How would they feel if they were lied to about a damaged car and knew it was going to be driven by their teenage daughter?

Why is a repair shop owner allowing this to happen at his place of business?

Someone damaged the read bumper on my car while the car was parked. The guy who damaged the car wanted to pay out of pocket so that it won't show up in his insurance history. The people at Metro Auto Rebuild were able to manage the entire process without any problems.

Quality of repairs, price and time estimate were all really good.
