They called right away to schedule a free appointment to give us a bid (most places charge just to give you a bid). They were lower than the two other companies. They were always on time, Professional, and got the job done when they said they would. Their plumber, Harry, seemed very knowledgeable, a clean worker and a pleasure to work with. A few days after paying them for the job, we found out that we needed something small done. They returned our call promptly again, did the job, and did not charge us for it. What a pain free experience.

Terrible. After 20 hours the only work they completed was outside the scope of work and they had not completed a single item on the agreed upon scope of work. I looked up their license and it had been suspended. I told them I want my $2000 deposit returned and for them to stop work. They not only didn't return my money, but presented me with a bill for another $400 and said they'd put a lien against my house if I didn't pay it. They used my fittings and tried to charge me for them. As they were packing up, I pointed out a box of their fittings that they'd left and they said, ''We invoiced you for them their yours''.
