Mary Ann is really good at what she does and she has an entire team of folks behind her
that are also amazing. We quickly learned to trust her judgment because she was
always honest trustworthy. Mary Ann puts a lot of thought into everything
she does and always does what she says she will do. She gave great advise on
what we needed to do before putting it on the market and after putting it on.
She priced it perfectly to sell and it did... quickly... We found the home we
wanted to purchase and she was a master negotiator for that transaction.
We decided to use her recommended lender and escrow
which made it smooth and fun. Bottom line; within 25 days, we sold our home and
purchased another and it went great from beginning to end. There were bumps in the road, but she took
care of them so we didn’t worry. We
will never use anyone else for our real estate transactions and we would
recommend her absolutely and completely without hesitation.
