I was so anxious about being able to afford this that I was not the calmest customer. He was very patient about explaining options and trying to minimize cost while maintaining the plan we'd agreed upon. His subs were polite and generally on time. He treats and pays his workers fairly. He practiced creative troubleshooting when addressing some of the quirks in this older house, and the quality of his carpentry is stellar.
