I think he's expensive, but he's worth it. I trust him and what he's doing. I have a ten year old car.

Mark is flexible and always available to squeeze our oil changes in.  Larger repairs have been done in a timely manner and the vehicle is always ready when promised.  He put a new engine in our 1985 Suburban in the early 90's and his advice over the cost of a rebuild, rebuilt engine or a new engine was right on and cost effective.  We had that Suburban for many, many years!  He does all of the servicing on all of our cars.  He uses high quality parts and never pushes for repairs of items that are unnecessary.  We recommend him to everyone.  Our daughter took her older car in and he went through it and helped her come up with a prioritized repair list.  One that she good work on a little at a time as her finances allowed.

I have been going to Mark's Expert Auto for years. I have 3 cars that are all 12 to 15 year old. This time I knew I needed break work but had procrastinated getting the GMC over to Mark. He took it in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. After doing his inspection he identified my armature estimation didn't account for all the work that needed to be done. But because he knew I needed the GMC to make a holiday trip he stayed late to finish the work. This is typical of Mark and his team, they have always kept their commitments, when they say the car will be ready the car is ready. I have never had to return the car because he didn't get it done the first time. I absolutely recommend Mark's Expert Auto.

I thought they did a real good job. Their follow up was very good. They finished the job on time or as promised. The overall experience was just great.
