Yard workers were most responsible and pleasant to have in my yard.
I have used Magnolia Lawn and Garden Services for several years and am most pleased with their services.

I have no complaints. I am very pleased with the job they do but I don’t have a basis for comparison with anybody else because we have not used anybody else. They come out regularly. They basically take care of our property. We have a lawn that is relatively smaller than the house. We pay about $100 a month. We pay them on a monthly basis all the year around. They mow the grass, pick up leaves, do the raking and edge the sidewalks. They are very reliable and very consistent. I can count on them to do the same quality job over and over. It is like a service to get a car washed. It seems to work very well for us. I think they are wonderful.

My trees were hacked, not pruned. Stub branches were left that looked like amputated limbs. Water sprouts that grew the following year more than compensated for any pruning they did, while the shape of the trees was compromised. They cut all the live branches off my lilac, rather than shaping it and removing the dead blooms as I had expected them to. The lilac finally grew back in the form of water sprouts so weak they could not even support the blooms that grew two years later (which is how long it took before flowers returned to the plant).

Friendly, responsive, and reliable. Magnolia came when they said they would and did what they said they would. The yard looks great after each visit. It's such a relief to not have to worry about the yard anymore.

They did an excellent job and provided the most excellent customer service I have received in years. They always responded immediately to any phone messages I left and always kept me informed of the job progress. They were the first service to respond to my call for an estimate and met with me personally to go over the job details. I don't remember what they charged, but it was fair for the amount of work they had to do.
