+ -1 moreThey have very poor customer service. When I called to cancel the card, I could never talk to a person. They gave me all kinds of ways to pay the bill, but there was never an option to cancel. Even when pressed 0 to get to the operator, nothing happened. Very poor voice customer service.
Description of Work: My wife was enticed to get a CC to get a discount on a purchase. Buried in the fine print of the card, they have a two dollar monthly charge even if you pay the balance in full.
