I have called multiple times and was even disconnected on the phone with someone named Laurie. Later found out the person I was disconnected with was a supervisor. I have waited on hold long periods of time trying to get help, they do not do the right thing and keep their word to fix the repairs.

Watch technician was helpful, efficient, and taught me some things about how my solar powered watch worked that I didn't know before. Great service and will readily go there again.

There is a big mall called Northgate Mall, there is a Macy's in that mall, and they have a watch repair in the basement. It is kind of interesting that they had somebody that repaired watches, I was surprised, and I didn't have to go to a jewelry store. It was a fast speedy service. I could not remove the back of the watch to change the battery myself, so I had the watchmaker do it. I was pleased with the whole service, the speed, the cost, and the availability.
