I visited the store and described what I wanted in a ring. They made some quick sketches and made some suggestions. Two weeks later I visited the store to pick out and pay for the rubies that I wanted in the ring. A couple of weeks after that they had the wax model for me to approve and I tried it on to check the fit. I paid a deposit of $1000, left the diamond for the ring, and they proceeded with making the ring, which I picked up 4 weeks later.
Note that I was in no hurry for the ring and they took a vacation during the time that I waited for the ring. I got the impression that I could have had it a lot sooner if I had needed it by a certain date.

I had driven by many times before my ring plans were made and found the store front to be inviting and beautiful. Later being in the market for a custom ring I dropped in and was welcomed by owners Maurice and Monica Noble to the start of a outstanding experience. I explained my desire for custom work and my price range and we began to look over the collection of jewelry that fills the warm and pleasant space. They provided a photo album of past work and invited me to look at any items on display to help in my quest for the perfect ring. I noticed a ring that appealed to me but I was interested in white not yellow gold so we began to discuss a custom design using that style as a starting point and the creativity flowed from both of them. They offered to create two wax models for me to look over a few weeks later at no additional cost and they began the creation of what turned out to be a beautiful ring. Upon my return they had also collected numerous diamonds within my price range to select from and the wax models were presented for my approval, I selected one of them and asked for further fine adjustments to be made and more diamonds to be ready for my next viewing and final selection a week later. The end result is a stunning custom ring whose origin is asked about by all who view it and of course is proudly worn by my bride to be.
