I saw the crack on Monday, checked them out on Angie's List, and called. They got me in the next morning. I arrived on time, and they took the car right in. They had given me an estimate of about an hour and a half, so I decided to stay and read my latest book while waiting. To my surprise, they completed the installation in about 40 minutes! He said he'd rather over-estimate the time for a customer, so they wouldn't be negatively impacted by a time delay. They did a great job, and replaced my rear-view mirror, and the important stickers. The windshield looks great, and it hardly took any time to do it. The cost was also about $100 less than the bigger companies quoted. Great service at a great price, too!

This company was the least expensive when I called from the Google Search I performed - then I found them on Angie's List so we hired them. It was $190 for the windscreen plus $35 for the house-call (rather than going into North Ballard from Mukilteo). Still is was less expensive then all the other glass companies I called. They showed up on time, installed the glass, and were on their way. Great job! Will call them again, if needed in the future!

I called them late one afternoon hoping to make an appt for sometime in the next few days and Nathan suggested that they could get me in that afternoon, even though it was only an hour from closing. I went over, they took my vehicle inside immediately, and 45 minutes later I had a new windshield for an affordable price. It couldn't have been easier.

I called M S Glass Outlet after I had been disappointed by the unresponsiveness of another Auto Glass Installer listed on Angies list that I had originally scheduled the work with. M S Glass Outlet quoted what I had needed (two windshields installed in two different cars at the same location). The price was excellant, so I scheduled them to come out the next day to do the work (Nathin offered to come out the day I called, but I had to decline because of time constraints I had and it was a little too late in the day for me to have it done), between 10:00am - 1:00pm. The next day they showed up an hour earlier (worked for me!) and promptly installed both windshields. The price was as was quoted, and the technician was freindly, courteous, and seemed to know what he was doing. I wish all of my service calls went this good! Thank you M S Glass Outlet for doing such a great job, giving us what we wanted, and at a great price! Keep up the good work, we will use you agian for any other glass needs.
