Aaron and his crew repaired water damage from a leak in our front porch roof. They reframed the deck and replaced the deck surface, then replaced a roof beam, part of a soffett, and built up a new roof substructure for a new flat roof. They replaced exterior stairs, and side shingles in a number of impacted areas. It was multiple projects to get our 100 year old porch back in great shape. They finished off with painting around this project and all other trim around the house. The house is in great shape after all their efforts. Aaron's time estimates at different stages were right on. He and his crew were timely and easy to have around. We like their work quay and we'd work with them again.

Aaron and his crew were efficient, clean and neat, timely and courteous. There were some issues that arose from our old house and they met them head on. The job was completed in good time and on budget.

I am already discussing the next project with LunaPark. The most difficult part of construction is communicating and envisioning the project. With LunaPark you can relax and trust that details can be worked out reasonably after the project starts. Aaron is concientous about verifying communication before proceeding with the work.
