1.We contacted Terence because his resources also included offering custom back painted glass cabinet doors for our over the counter cabinets.   From the get go we were impressed by his warm and friendly demeanor and his knowledge of kitchen design including cabinet qualities and counter top.
Luna has 3 different offering of cabinets that will adapt to homeowners budget constraints and he gave us detailed comparisons between the vendors, allowing homeowners the choice to make their decisions.  We chose the highest level. The three levels of cost vary by about 20% we were informed.
Terence's design fee is very modest compared to other Kitchen designers we received bid from.  He also helped us choose our counter top material and our cabinet knobs and pulls.  He is also a cook so he is very knowledgeable with the human factors involved in designing a kitchen that fits the cooking style of the homeowner.
His measurements are checked and double checked to ensure that the floor plan fits the space.  Terence also has close relationships with several contractors so that is a big plus.  We however decided to manage the job ourselves.
One of the most important aspects of his service is that he is always available by phone, text, or email and is very prompt and responsive to our questions.  He also has solid advice in some nuances which we had overlooked.
Although our remodel is not  yet complete I have confidence that his part of the project will go great.  After vetting several Kitchen designers we are convinced that we made the right choice.
