Installer accidentally backed van into house, minor damage. Installers showed up like they rolled out of bed. I think work wear should be required. I would of appreciated less rushing and less language barrier.

This is regarding the Bellevue location. Great selection of wood and laminate. However, the return policy and post-purchase customer service is horrible. The company policy is that you must return within 30 days. Think about that before you purchase. In our case, we didn't install immediately. We had several weeks lag time between purchase and installation. Some of this was to allow the materials to adjust to our climate, the other lag time was due to delays in other parts of our home remodel. How often do major remodels go exactly as planned? It is difficult to time properly, and in our case, we discovered that we had way too many boxes due to our contractors measuring error. By the time we found out, it was past 30 days. This manager refused to let us return and actually suggested we sell it on Craigslist. Are you kidding me? This is an example of business-focused policy, designed to maximize profit. It is not customer-focused. Our floor materials are a popular seller, so they would be able to re-sell. Besides the bad policy, the manager was unhelpful and inflexible. While I am happy with the product, I will not do business with this company again and certainly not this location. I do not recommend them.

I had to do a lot of driving to pick up replacement boxes of wood, but was given a discount in consideration for that - I really appreciated it.

The job was okay. I am pretty happy with the work.

They were a very good company and they had a better selection of products. They were more responsive than other companies that we talked to.

We like it there very much. The premises is very neat, orderly, and clean. The staff is remarkably helpful and knowledgeable. They inspire confidence. They have a great selection. We didn't do a lot of comparison pricing, but we were satisfied with the price. The quality is top of the line.

The overall experience was excellent. They had quite a good selection and we were able to purchase something that we thought we liked. Then we brought it home but it wasn't quite what we wanted and they were quite good at the straight exchange. They just took it back with no additional cost other than the difference in the prices and the other material. They were very helpful with the recommendations on installation and other materials that were needed. All in all the staff right from the counter to the warehouse was great. I would use their services in future.

I heard of a new finish (aluminum oxide) and he told me it was very sturdy and good for pets. I asked about bamboo, and he assured me aluminum oxide was better. Not even two weeks later, my dog had an accident on the floor. I cleaned it up, but it wrinkled and bleached the floor. I called him and he said it would have to go to corporate. They asked for an email of the picture but I couldn't at the time. We've been in the house since February and it's happened again since then. If the dog has an accident, it wrinkles the floor. They sent someone out and they said it wasn't warranted against this even though the salesman said this would be the best way to go. My purchase was made on the recommendation of the store manager.

THE SHOWROOM HAD PLENTY OF DISPLAYS TO CHOOSE FROM. THERE WAS A GREAT SELECTION. WE COMPARISON PRICED AT MANY DIFFERENT PLACES, AND LUMBER LIQUIDATORS WAS SUBSTANTIALLY CHEAPER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE. THE SALES PEOPLE WERE HELPFUL.

THE REPRESENTATIVES AT LUMBER LIQUIDATORS WERE VERY HELPFUL. I INSTALLED THE FLOORS MYSELF. THE FLOORING WAS GOOD QUALITY AT A GOOD PRICE. I RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.

THE SHOWROOM IS VERY BASIC, BUT THE HARDWOODS AVAILABLE ARE BEAUTIFUL. THE PRICING CAN BE QUITE GOOD, DEPENDING ON WHAT AND WHEN YOU BUY. YOU MUST REALIZE THAT THERE IS A LARGE RESTOCKING FEE FOR UNOPENED BOXES THAT ARE NOT USED. IN OUR CASE, WE BOUGHT WHEN IT WAS CALLED HUSKY LUMBER AND COULD NOT RETURN ANY EXTRA BECAUSE THEY INFRINGED ON THE HUSKY NAME AND COULD NOT SELL ANYTHING WITH THE HUSKY NAME. THE WOOD IS OF GOOD QUALITY.

THEY HAD A LARGE SELECTION AND WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE DIFFERENT TYPES AND GRADES OF HARDWOOD FLOORING. THEY DID OFFER INSTALLATION BUT WE PREFERRED TO DO IT OURSELVES. SALESMEN WERE VERY COURTEOUS. THE ORDER WAS FILLED ON TIME. OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS SUPERIOR.
