It was the week before Easter. The provider was great about working us in to his schedule.
I made arrangements to leave work for two hours to meet him and walk the yard. He called our home while I was on the way there and asked my husband if he could reschedule - something about his girlfriend. My husband said no, knowing I was on my way there. He did meet me, and we walked the yard.
As I recall, not sure, they came the same day. Two men came. They worked constantly. The raking was terrific - not a leaf in sight. They really did a nice job with it and it made the flower beds look nice - good job.
With the mowing it's hard to say. When it was dry, the finished product was choppy and I found myself disappointed. To be fair though, it was raining then, the grass was long, they really worked hard to get it done.
I had asked him if he knew anyone to do routine mowing. He did, and would call with the number. He did not call. I called him and left a message and did not receive a call back.
He did an acceptable job at a good price. There is an absence of professionalism that perhaps they can grow into. And the choppiness of the grass did disappoint.
