LScarpentry is a full service remodeling and home repair contractor. With over 20 years experience, we know how to get the job done to everyone's satisfaction. As an owner operated business we are able to provide the same great service as the larger firms at a much lower price to you. The difference? Lower overhead costs. That's really it. I have the same great subcontractors, great insurance, an intimate, inside-out knowledge of local suppliers and their products, and most importantly a commitment to quality and customer service that will not be matched by anyone, anywhere, anytime. LScarpentry is an EPA Lead Paint RRP certified firm. Additionally, so called green building practices are standard operating procedure on all our job sites. we don't feel that responsible disposal of wastes, or the use of non toxic materials and safe practices should be extra cost options. Again, thanks to the lower overhead of being an owner operated business, we are able to provide a higher level of service and a higher quality finished product at a lower cost than larger firms. It was a joy to work with LScarpentry. Scott and his team were respectful of my home and my time, and always left the workspace clean and contained. The work itself was of the highest quality. We went from tear-out to done in 1 month, which is very fast for a kitchen. They were extremely professional in their interactions with my cabinetmaker and the countertop company. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. The kitchen is beautiful. Scott brings his artistic eye to every detail and makes sure everything is finished to his exacting standards. This was my second opportunity to use them and I certainly will hire them again.
Description of Work: Full kitchen tear-out in a 110-year-old house; installation of new cabinetry, dishwasher, range hood, disposal, faucet; arranged for electrics (under-cabinet lighting, wired the hood and disposal, replaced ceiling lights); haul-away of trash
