As an owner operated business we are able to provide the same great service as the larger firms at a much lower price to you. The difference? Lower overhead costs. That's really it. I have the same great subcontractors, great insurance, an intimate, inside-out knowledge of local suppliers and their products, and most importantly a commitment to quality and customer service that will not be matched by anyone, anywhere, anytime. LScarpentry is an EPA Lead Paint RRP certified firm. Additionally, so called green building practices are standard operating procedure on all our job sites. we don't feel that responsible disposal of wastes, or the use of non toxic materials and safe practices should be extra cost options. Again, thanks to the lower overhead of being an owner operated business, we are able to provide a higher level of service and a higher quality finished product at a lower cost than larger firms.
