+ -1 moreThey used to have a really big collection of nut bolts and now they’ve changed their vendor and now their selection is not as good. Their price is a little high.

+ -1 moreLowe's is like walking distance from my house which is lovely. I love Lowe's. I just wish that their in-store customer service is a little easier. It can be difficult to find somebody when you need them so that is my only complaint. Other than that, I am in their rewards program and it is very convenient. I am also very close to a competitor but I always choose Lowe's over the other company. The yard waste bags are so cheap and I end up getting other stuff and so maybe I spend about 30 to 50 every time I go in there because I will find other things that I need. I like that they have most things that I need for my house. I have always been happy with their prices. It can be really hard to find somebody. It is like the employees are hiding. I struggle with that every time I am in there and if I need help. Once I find them then the responsiveness is good. I have not ever had them deliver anything. I definitely would go to Lowe's again in the future.
Description of Work: The last time I was at Lowe's was 2 days ago. I have been doing a lot of yard work and so I have been going there at least once a week to buy yard waste bags. The last time I got the yard waste bag but then I bought a couple of pairs of gardening gloves and some new batteries.

+ 1 moreI talked with a consultant, and they gave me an entire 3D remodel rendering. They showed me a lot of options based on my budget and space constraints. I also got my appliances through them too.
