Low Rate Hauling left a flyer at our door several weeks ago, so I called them to get an estimate. John stopped by to give me a bid, and after calling another demolition company who wanted $1300 - $1500 to do the same job, I called John back and hired him for the work. He was able to do it later the same afternoon. John did a nice job of demolishing the stoop and patio, leaving a clean line. His crew removed the concrete and did a good job of cleaning the area up. The stoop turned out to be a solid 12" thick, so he wasn't able to remove as much of it as I had originally asked for, but he mentioned that this might be an issue when he came out to bid the job, so I wasn't caught by surprise. Low Rate Hauling also hauled the concrete away as part of the job.
Description of Work: We have a concrete stoop and patio that were poured right up against the siding of our house. We are having our house re-sided, I needed someone to demolish a portion of the stoop and patio in order to gain access to the existing siding.
