We had obtained some estimates from a couple local people and they were listed here in Angie's List.
We had a neighbor's house that was done by a company we had not checked with, they gave us a estimate that was well below all the others and we did not have to pay for a dumpster to be provided. (2 of the others required this) (Additional cost)
We had expected this to be done at the beginning to middle of August but due to their workload they were not able to start until the 27th.
They arrived on Monday and dropped off their dumpster/trailer and then went over the work with my wife (myself on speaker phone).  They started work on Tuesday around 9am and worked until about 7pm.  Noise a bit distracting late in the dinner hour.
Installed most of the new flashing and vents on Wednesday along with all the west side of the roof.  The skylight was late in arriving and they had to finish the east side of the roof and skylight on Thursday.  They then had to obtain some more shingles and finished the last portion on Friday morning, cleaned up and were done by noon on Friday.
Roof looks very nice, area was cleaned up and we only had a breaker trip once with their compressor, blower and staple gun all set into one outlet, split locations and no other issues.
Guys worked very well and professionally, would recommend them to anyone.
Company is in the middle of changing their name, will provide name once I get a chance.

We moved into our home in February, knowing the roof would need to be replaced very soon according to the house inspection. The inspector recommended Madera for the quality of work as well as the price, so we went with them without getting other bids. They started the job right away, with a 50% down payment. Santos Madera, the owner, was on the job himself every day. They even worked on rainy days! They cleaned up well after every work day and were very friendly. I noticed that some of our old roofing material was making its way into our neighbor's yard when they were taking it off, and they cleaned that up right away. I think the time of year may have helped in getting a good price. The job only took a few days. One day was raining especially hard, so they had to stop mid-day, but otherwise they worked every day until they were finished. We would definitely hire them again.
