I had a great experience. They are timely, professional, communication was great, Tim kept me up on the phases of the project and the work was completed in a timely basis. The days they couldnt get to the work, it was raining pretty hard. I would not hesitate to use Tim and Matt for future projects. I actually plan on doing so for the remainder of the house. There clean up and control of the work space was perfect. The price was fair. I was informed prior to any work that involved changes in the original bid. This is an old house, and I expect a few suprises when you open up a wall...so that being said, the price was in line with the quote and only deviated from that when specific problems came up.
