Overall, it went absolutely GREAT. I am so glad I have found Mark's company. The upstairs unit he worked on was a total mess. It was a total renovation of the whole unit. Unfortunately, I didn't find Mark until I was over half way done with the project, or he could have done much more of the work for me. I have 4 rental units and will be using him for years to come..
