He came and gave us a bid of $600 to repair our roof chimneys and rebuild a planter in one house and in the other house for repairing the cracks in the concrete block. He did the chimneys and he was going to take the plantar apart and join the cracks. He was supposed to come back on Saturday and complete the job, but he never showed up. He still hasn’t showed up. He didn’t call or answer his phone. He ran out of time and so my husband told that he would finish winding up the cracks so that all he had to do was come in and put the stuff in. My husband also agreed to clean the chimney and take the plantar apart so that it would be really quick for him to rebuild it. I would tell others he seemed to do a good job, but I would not pay him until he was completely finished with the whole job because my husband made the mistake of paying him most of the money before he left first time.
