Horrible. We went into the design process with a fairly detailed description of the custom house we wanted (I did my own house plans and had specific suggestions on features). Design representative was unresponsive to our requests (in multiple meetings with Lindal representative, we would review current design and provide in writing a detailed list of changes needed to the architecture drawings, only to find that not all were implemented at next meeting). Process dragged out and was very unsatisfactory. Had difficulty getting a detailed breakdown on house construction costs to determine where tradeoffs should be made. We finally had to pull out and abandoned this design. We never did build a Lindal house as a result. I would never use or recommend this house builder.
