My only grip is that he kept talking on his cell phone and didn't fully focus on my circumstances (not sure if the calls were from the dispatcher or not) After starting the battery and putting away the equipment, he had problems swiping my credit card. It took several attempts, which were interrupted by the constant phone calls. The payment process took almost 20 minutes to complete.
Description of Work: Jump start my battery and advised that I take it back to the store for a new 'shim'

 + -1 moreThey responded immediately when we called them and they sent somebody out. They towed the car out, and I rode along with them, and when they were done, they gave me a ride back to my house.
Description of Work: We used Lincoln Towing. My son had a stalled car, and they came out and towed him to his service provider.

 + -1 moreI called Lincoln Towing for an estimate for towing my Honda Accord to the dealership and it was less than the first place I called. They came over in about a half hour and were very professional and careful with my car. Everything went smoothly and I felt confident my car would get to the dealership safely and it did.

The driver was completely professional. He put a number of blocks down so that the car would not bottom out when pulling onto his flatbed.(something the last driver, of a different company, did not do, and so scrapped the ground with the bumper).
Description of Work: Towed my 1961 Cadillac convertible from Seattle to Duval.

Description of Work: I locked my keys in my car and when I called a locksmith was informed that many locksmiths no longer do auto lockouts. I was advised I should call a towing company and was given the name of Lincoln Towing. I called and was told they would be able to handle my issue and would be there within 30 minutes. I received a call 15 minutes later that they were arriving right then. The tow truck person was very knowledgeable as to how to get into my car and did so within a couple of minutes. His name was Jason Mabe; was very personable and professional. After we finished the paperwork I was unable to start my car as, it was explained to me, the system had locked up the ignition anticipating a possible break in and theft (96 Lexus). Jason was still there and knew how to override the system so I could start my car. I was very grateful as without his knowledge I could have been there for a long time trying to jump start my car thinking it was a battery issue. I would highly recommend Lincoln Towing to take care of anyone's auto lockout issues. If their operators are as pleasant, professional and easy to deal with as Jason was you would not be unhappy with the results.

 + -1 moreHe also gave us advice as to where we should take the car to get the problem fixed. The service was friendly and it was reasonable. The fellow was knowledgeable.
Description of Work: The car stalled inside a parking garage. Other companies were not able to find a way to get it out. The Lincoln Towing man was able to find a way to do so.

 + -1 moreTHEY TOOK THE CALL AND RESPONDED QUICKLY. THEY ALSO SHOWED UP AT THE DESIGNATED TIME. HOWEVER, THE PRICE SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH FOR THE ACTUAL WORK THAT THEY PERFORMED.
