For the most part OK. My only grip is that he kept talking on his cell phone and didn't fully focus on my circumstances (not sure if the calls were from the dispatcher or not)

After starting the battery and putting away the equipment, he had problems swiping my credit card. It took several attempts, which were interrupted by the constant phone calls. The payment process took almost 20 minutes to complete.

Fast and efficient service. Brant was great! He really knows his business.

They responded immediately when we called them and they sent somebody out. They towed the car out, and I rode along with them, and when they were done, they gave me a ride back to my house.

I called Lincoln Towing for an estimate for towing my Honda Accord to the dealership and it was less than the first place I called. They came over in about a half hour and were very professional and careful with my car. Everything went smoothly and I felt confident my car would get to the dealership safely and it did.

The driver was completely professional. He put a number of blocks down so that the car would not bottom out when pulling onto his flatbed.(something the last driver, of a different company, did not do, and so scrapped the ground with the bumper).

They were great and the workers were wonderful.

He also gave us advice as to where we should take the car to get the problem fixed. The service was friendly and it was reasonable. The fellow was knowledgeable.

THEY TOOK GREAT CARE IN PUTTING OUR NEW TRUCK ON THE BED OF THEIR VEHICLE. THEIR PROMPTNESS WAS GREAT, THEIR COURTEOUSNESS WAS PLEASANT, THEIR SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING.

THEY TOOK THE CALL AND RESPONDED QUICKLY. THEY ALSO SHOWED UP AT THE DESIGNATED TIME. HOWEVER, THE PRICE SEEMED A LITTLE HIGH FOR THE ACTUAL WORK THAT THEY PERFORMED.
