LEVI ELANZANO

At first Mr. Elanzano showed up in a timely manner, was respectful and did good work. We agreed that he would do more work as I'm preparing my house to go on the market. As later scheduled times approached Mr. Elanzano would call saying his schedule had changed or the assistant he was bringing had changed. I could work around that. Today, at the time he was to show up, Mr. Elanzano calls me telling me he's ''not feeling well.'' Additionally, knowing that we were working to complete the landscaping work, he informed me that he had made other appointments in the next two weeks and was not available. This tells me that Mr. Elanzano likes to get jobs on an immediate schedule and change commitments at will. He was also not respecting of the time I took out of my day to wait on him by calling me at the time he was to show up saying he was sick. Do not use this person if you run across him. He'll stand you up. He did not complete the tasks he understood he was going to work on.
