The project went very well from start to finish. Here are the things that I appreciated about working with Level Contracting. First, Dan is very good at communicating. I would get regular email updates on how things were progressing, and when I could expect things to be done. I was not "left hanging" to wonder what would happen when. Secondly, we have indoor-only cats and Dan and his team were great about making sure they stayed shut up in the bedroom, they never left doors open where the cats might excape and get lost. The quality of the work was very good, and whenever there was a small problem (such as the new paint getting scraped when electrical went in) Dan was up front about offering to fix it, I never had to ask. I appreciated that Dan would often swing by to check on how things were going and say hello. He was also very helpful in making cost saving recommendations. He told us how to save money by picking up some supplies ourselves, and other small adjustments that lowered cost without lowering quality. Dan was also flexible, on occasion I found additional things to fix, and I could just call him and he'd take care of it. His entire team was professional, friendly, and great to work with. I very highly recommend Level Contracting. We've done some remodeling in the past, and the experience was terrible. This time it was smooth, fast, and no headaches.
