LEFFINGWELL REMODELING

I hired Leffingwell for my roof replacement based on a prior carpentry job at my house that was beautifully done, and I knew that it was likely that some reconstruction would be needed.  This was the case and the reconstruction work went quickly and smoothly. They use a very small crew so it took 10 days from start to finish, which is exactly what was planned.  Communications were clear, cleanup and job-site maintenance was good.  I am very satisfied with the work.

This is the third time I've used Jim and Dee (his wife) for a project. The work is always top notch. Jim and Dee gave us a project schedule so we could move personal items and furniture between rooms as needed, and stuck to that schedule. This gave us good predictability on what would happen one day to the next. Additionally, the performed paint work that turned some somewhat shabby rooms into really nice rooms you want to spend time in. Jim and Dee showed up every day per our schedule, and just as important, respected times like weekends or later afternoons when we needed our privacy with no work to be done. The overall project estimate was 2 weeks, which is exactly what it took. In addition to being professional, Jim and Dee are simply nice people who we like working with. We would highly recommend them for their price and quality to anyone seeking paint, decks and general remodel work.

Arranged to come for estimate within 2 days, and estimate received within 2 additional days. Work began within one week, and took about 8 days with a small crew. Jim was responsive to my specifications, suggested ideas, and communicated possible changes during construction. The worksite was kept clean and organized, and while access to the inside of my house was needed, it was unobtrusive. The work was extremely well-done and the finished product is a pleasure to see. I will definitely consider this firm for future work.

The work was done quickly and neatly. They were prompt with estimates as well as scheduling the work. They showed up when they said they would. Jim had to use a lot of creativity to come up with a design that worked in the existing space. We're very pleased with the results.

Fantastic. Jim came out within a day to give an estimate, and it was about half of what a couple of other estimates indicated. While a few other deck and porch people thought the project was too small for them, Jim had no qualms about taking it on. He touched base to schedule a time to begin, and exceeded my expectations in getting the work done quickly, on time, and on budget.
