I got them from Angie's List. The light was on and I thought it was the check engine but he told me that it was just the tire pressure. He checked it and didn't charge me anything. He's reputable and trustworthy. I would go back to him again. I went to him last week because the motors on my brakes were grinding metal to metal and it was sounding horrible. I knew where he was and he was also close to my gym. Since I had to leave the car there for a couple of hours, I thought I'd use him. It worked out well. I felt he was trustworthy and I liked the guy. Robert is the guys name I talked to and I think he's the owner but I'm not positive. I was looking at all the certificates and stuff he had hanging up there and all had his name on it. He seems really trustworthy and honest. I'd go again.

I spent about $150 on that service. They were very good and they did the work right there on the spot and completed it in the time they said they would.

I called to see when Lee's could look at the car, which was the same day, they provided an estimate and completed the work within 1.5 hours. Very professional and timely.

Went here to get my oil changed. Very no nonsense kinda place. Service was great and they definitely know what they are doing there. Took a bit longer than most places I've been to, about 1.5 hours from drop-off til it was all done.

Excellent service! I called to make an appointment and over the phone was told what to expect. When I brought the car in, the service manager went over with me what would be done to my car and also went over the owner's manual as to the 50,000 miles service checks. I was given an estimate and later in the day,I received a call that my front brake pads needed to be replaced--this I knew. Went ahead and had the pads replaced. Car was ready on time and when I went to pick up was given a detailed report of what was done . Very professional. I will be back.

I have used Lee's Automotive for several years. They do excellent work and are very honest. I have no complaints about the quality of service, although sometimes it takes severl days to complete the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto service in the Shoreline area.

There was something wrong with the distributor and they did an unnecessary battery test. I feel like I paid much more than I should've paid.

"Based upon notes made at time of repairs, and symptoms experienced by the customer, a charging system test was deemed necessary as it could lead us to the root cause of the complaint specified. The customer failed to mention in this post the fact that her problem has been solved and has not had any further trouble. We charge our customers a fair labor rate based upon our location, our expertise, and our desire to continue to provide the best possible customer service, and to warranty our parts and labor against failure. The associate who served this customer is no longer with our company, and we hope to someday have another chance to provide outstanding service, and regain this customers business, and trust."
