Mr. Le recently came out to do a winter clean-up of our yard, as well as extend an existing gravel path that we had from our back to front yard. I was so impressed with him from our first meeting. During the walk-through of our yard, it was clear how knowledgeable he is about different trees and plants. He knew what I needed without me even saying it. And the best part was that he offered ideas of how to split existing plants to put in bare areas of the yard. In addition to the yard work, they cleaned up a gravel path from our back yard and extended it through to the front yard. They had to source the gravel that we had and made sure it was the same material to provide continuity. The work that Mr. Le and his crew performed was excellent and efficient! His price was fair and the work was delivered exactly as promised. I definitely plan to use his services again.

Mr. Le's team was prompt, energetic and very efficient. They did a huge amount of work in one day, removing a large volume of overgrown foliage and pruning shrubs. The owner was pleasant, easy to work with, and was able to schedule my work very quickly. My yard hasn't looked this good in years.

In most instances, Le's did the minimum that I asked for. However, many weeds were missed, a large shrub was sheared not pruned, trimmings weren't all picked up, detritis tossed into our groundcover by schoolchildren wasn't removed, and wood borders weren't swept as part of cleanup. In fact, there was no attention to basic neatness. I even had to show a worker how to correctly place the stones on the top row of our simple retaining wall. I did ask that a layer of pea gravel be added to a side walkway. The gravel is now so deep that there are large footprints in the gravel every time you walk on it. In addition, the "power-wash" of our front walk left clumps of moss on the walk and large specs of dirt all over the fence, the adjacent patio, and all of the adjacent plants! After I complained, his son came the next day and corrected that part of the job. If you are expecting a thorough job, this is not the group to hire. If you are expecting good advice on landscaping issues, look somewhere else.

We had came back the next day to finish the work and as we walked around to look over the yard, you had not expressed that there were any problems as we had cleaned the area's that you were not satisfied with, if we had known we would have corrected our wrongs. As for the pea gravel, this was a request made by our customer to lay down, if you were looking for something more stable we could have gone with a crushed rock."

Mr Le was great to work with responding promptly calling or emailing. His crew of three men did an awesome job of cleaning and trimming a yard that had been basically neglected for many years. They dug out the pad in front of my shed and relaid my pavers so I could fully open the doors. Had lots of invasive ivy, grasses and some dreaded blackberries. They also leveled and cleaned off a large area in preparation for grass that I will plant. Had many bushes needing trimming. The crew worked rapidly and efficiently. I cannot recommend them enough!

I received quotes from several people and Le's was lowest by far so I hired them. The workers arrived promptly and worked diligently for several hours. Then the "boss", not the one who did the estimate, said this was much bigger job than expected and wanted to charge me almost double the initial quote!?? He thought I was treating his workers unfairly even though I was clear what I expected them to do for the quote. I agreed to pay half of the extra and wrote and gave him a check before the work was complete. They then left before finishing the job. What was done was good, they just didn't finish and charged my much more than the estimate.

When we finished what we had thought we agreed on, we had felt that the extra work that was asked for was above the original scope of work, as a result, we had to increase to price as to not feel taken advantage of."
