Brian came out to get the work done. He tore down the old deck and then remodeled it. He was very friendly. He did good work and I didn't have any major problems with him. He was referred to like a handyman type of person, as he does other things too. He said that he helps to rip off the flooring and fixes various things too. I paid $500 for fixing the hand rail and $2500 for the bottom deck.
