Lawrence Houston stepped in to revive a project that had become too cumbersome for the previous architect. He simplified the project and got it back on track. The only reason he isn't getting 5, (or 6 stars), is that the timing took a bit longer than expected. His customer service is top notch and more than makes up for the short delay.

Lawrence Houston assisted Fremont Community School with planning and designing new construction and also remodeling of an existing home. He resolved challenging issues which required balancing structural integrity with aesthetic outcomes. Lawrence carefully guided us through the process and effectively worked with the City's Planning Department to find solutions which were both cost effective and also met our functional needs. Lawrence is patient and easy to work with, listens well and diplomatically outlines issues with a variety of approaches.
