Lasswell Home Inspection

Full disclosure: I have known John socially for several years. I like him, I trust him and I knew he had been doing home inspections for a long time so when I needed an inspector, John was the obvious choice. He did not disappoint.
John went over the house with a fine toothcomb and produced a very detailed report of his findings complete with nice clear photographs. He was happy to answer all of my questions and explain things to me. I think he even impressed my agent who has also been in the business a long time and is not easily wowed.
I would not hesitate to recommend John and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

John Lasswell performed a very detailed home inspection, was well prepared with appropriate protective gear and thoroughly inspected crawl space and attic as well as all aspects of the home. I was impressed with how thorough he was and he took the time to answer questions and explain the advantages of good items found or issues with problems found and work required to fix. He was very professional and returned calls promptly and was very helpful. Also included pest inspection. He provided a well documented report with photos of items found of concern and the condition and details of the home.
