I called Phil to estimate my fence replacement. He returned my call the same day. We scheduled time to meet and he arrived on time. He was professional. He wanted to understand the scope of work I wanted done. He did not try and sell me any "extras". He returned the next day with the bid (after he had priced the materials). The work was done on time and looked great. He even worked when it was raining because I wanted the fence done before the weekend. The fence is exactly as promised, it looks better then I anticipated.
