My experience with them was good. Their price was reasonable and they were responsive. The last service was a large project and so their price came in the medium complex, and that was $7000.

Excellent Service, friendly workers. Knowledgeable. Reasonable pricing. I have used them 3 times for two different house and recommended them to neighbors who were all very happy with their service.

Throughout 2010 we had Justin and his assistant Ian come out to our house several times to correct our plumbing. They were both very friendly and helpful and always made sure we knew how much everything was going to cost, exactly what they were going to do and even took pictures to show us what needed to be done.
We had some serious kitchen/laundry room drainage problems that we always thought was fixed and then something else would happen. It did take 3 times to fix the problem, but through no fault of theirs. We had very old plumbing and things had been moved in renovations, etc, so it just took a while to figure out what in the world was going on.
I am happy to say though that we have had absolutely no problems since they were last here. If we do though, I would not hesitate to call them back (although I think they hated our plumbing just as much as we did). They were not only courteous and efficient but they were afford ably priced as well. And as a side note, for our initial call-in, we had contacted 3 plumbers and they were the only ones that showed up.

I have been using Lake City Plumbing since I bought my house in Shoreline in 2000. They have always been prompt, polite and have done an excellent job. Lake City Plumbing was sold a while back and the new owners are equally as wonderful.

I have hired these guys before (Justin the owner and his helper Ian). I was able to refer them to respond to a problem with My elderly neighbor's house. I could not be there, so everything had to be arranged over the phone. They arrived at the elderly 94 year old neighbor's house to fix her drain/disposal problem. Her care giver was out of town and after I explained to them that she is very elderly and to give her time to reach the door to answer it. They understood that this visit would require some extra care and interaction with her as she is very frail. They were able to respond to her problem the same day within hours. They called me when they arrived to reassure and let me know there. The problem was more complex than first thought. They needed to check many things to diagnose the problem which was a complex drainage and clog backup problem. They worked for at least two hours and charged a reasonable price. She was very happy with them and they were very understanding and able to help a very disabled person. Great Work! They are great. Now I have hired them twice. More jobs for them for sure. They deserve all the business they can get. If you live within their service area, there is NO REASON to contact any other plumber.

I am extremely happy with this company and I am very relieved to have found people I like and trust. I am a new home owner and will definitely use them from now on. Prior to my purchasing the home, Justin the owner, came out and did a full assessment and estimate for the various plumbing work needed. He really took the time to examine and troubleshoot many problems. It is an older house, was very neglected and had previous plumbing done incorrectly. For the quote, Justin had a complete understanding of the problems, recapped the details to us, and gave the quote accordingly. I bought the house, and had them come back a month later to do the work. Justin and his employee Ian arrived on time, and did all of the work planned for in the quote. There were several items to do, including re-piping whole areas that the previous owner did horribly wrong, and tackling a severe and complicated sewer / drain blockage problem, fixing it as well. They even fit in a couple of extra things like installing an extra faucet, etc. They are very professional. Justin you can tell really knows his stuff and Ian, his helper was great too. They have a large truck supplied with all parts they may need. I was so comfortable with these guys I left the house while they worked and had breakfast. The total charges for work done that day came in less than the quote. I have more work to do on the house and will definitely be calling them again. They are pleasant, professional, smart and hard working. The price for the work done was more than reasonable and I am very satisfied with the whole thing. Thank you Justin and Ian.

I'm in the processing of finishing out a basement, with nothing in it. These guys removed basement floor concrete and put in drainage plumbing for a soon-to-be bathroom. They hauled off all the concrete and tied-in the drainage lines to the existing main sewer line. Bob is a gem of professionalism, great to talk to and easy to work with. He has lots of great insight and is truly concerned about what the customer needs, careful to explain the process. These guys smoothly handled getting an inspector to sign off on the work. Because I didn't know exactly where to put the shower drain, they carefully boxed off a small area to be finished at a later date, giving me the flexibility and time I needed to make a later decision. I'm extremely happy with Bob and Justin.

Our kitchen sink won't drain and called Lake City Plumbing. Justin arrived right on time and was very quick to fix the problem. I then ask him to check two leaking faucets(which another plumber said were not fixable). He repaired both and they no long leak. I would absolutely have Lake City Plumbing again.

This is the 3rd time I have had this company do work and every time has been completely satisfactory. Justin Yancey, who performed the work, was an employee of the company on the first occasion and now he is the new owner of the company. He is an excellent practitioner of his trade, very thorough, well organized, and efficient. He makes a point of following up after the work has been completed to make sure everything is working properly and that his customers are satisfied. When I remodel my kitchen and a bathroom next year, there is no doubt who will be doing the work. As an Architect, I am often asked if I know of a good plumber, or electrician, or other tradesman. I can say without any hesitation that Lake City Plumbing will be my first choice for a plumber.
