THE STAFF ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THERE IS A LARGE SELECTION OF MATS AND FRAMES TO CHOOSE FROM. THEY CAN BE A LITTLE INTIMIDATING IN ALLOWING YOU TO COMMENT ON THEIR SUGGESTIONS. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PICTURES FRAMED THERE AND HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE RESULT. THEY HAVE ALWAYS HAD THE FRAMED ART READY ON TIME.
