I had a good experience with Lake Realty many years ago so when my wife wanted to sell her rental house she cold-called them and was referred to Broker Lisa Fuqua. At our first meeting we also met Karen Pestrak who  assisted Lisa throughout the process.
At the initial meeting we received a professional presentation indicating what services they performed, the anticipated seller?s fee and other costs, and their comments and recommendations regarding the current local market. They had researched the property
online, had questions and provided information regarding real estate law, and procedures. They indicated that they would represent only the seller?s interest in the transaction.
After they visited the property we reviewed their list of recommended fixes and upgrades. Staging was provided as part of the standard 3% listing office fee.  We were able to ?go live? within one month and three offers were made after the first weekend open
house.  The house was sold for $25,000 over asking. We were very happy with the results.

Bonnie was a referral from a mutual friend, but she was a fabulous real estate agent, she gave us her advice, provided info when we needed it, was able to answer the questions we had about process and was NEVER pushy.  If we buy another house, I'm sure we will start with Lake & Co.

Leon Woffinden is one great realtor! His background in new home construction and home inspections gives him a great advantage in guiding you through the selling and buying process. There were things to be done on the home I was selling and his "rolodex" of contacts was invaluable to getting everything accomplished in a timely manner. My house had multiple offers and sold for 5% above the asking price within 6 days of listing, which is amazing in the current home market environment. At the same time I was selling, I was also looking for that perfect place in Seattle. I can't even count the number of houses, condos and townhouses that I reviewed and had resigned myself to renting until the right situation presented itself. Out of the blue, Leon told me that there was a house I had to look at. It wasn?t on my radar because it was a bit more that I was going to spend so it hadn't come up on the online searches I was doing every day (ok, multiple times a day). Of course, it was the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. We were able to negotiate and get the price where I needed it and I moved out of the old house and into the new on the same day - 35 days from start to finish!! I cannot recommend Leon enough. Always very professional! He did his homework and was incredibly responsive to my needs and concerns. He pushed hard to get things accomplished in a quick, efficient manner. He knows the Seattle and Eastside markets very well and I felt confident that he was always working in my best interest. He has great negotiating skills and can be tough and relentless when it's needed the most.

Bonnie was absolutely WONDERFUL! She put up with our changing tastes, and was very helpful in asking the right questions without providing her own influence to our decision. Every time we saw her we had new ideas of what we needed in a home and she always brought us new ideas and possibilities that were everything we had told her we wanted, even if they weren't what we actually wanted. :)

I think they did a great job. I have used them before in the past. They were available no matter the hours. The price was quite reasonable. I rather not disclose the price I paid for the service.
