Excellent--Larry and Steve always stay on top of the job as the general contractors and when hands on with carpentry and all other aspects of the project. Sweat the details (from permits, inspections, subs, supplies) and keep you appraised continually if situations change and when decisions need to be made.

The team of Kron-Kellett were extremely professional, competent, timely and on budget. The project required extensive engineering and flexibility, and we could not be happier with the results. Their subcontractors were prompt, professional and on budget as well. They also allowed us to be as involved in the project as we wanted. We chose to do the demolition and much of the finish work.
