The experience was very positive. The provider previewed the job, made an estimate, and performed the services promised in a professional and timely manner within the agreed-upon budget. Very courteous. Excellent clean-up. Excellent detail work. The provider was able to communicate clearly about problems with the job and decisions that needed to be made along the way.
The provider used organic materials throughout except when certain cleaning procedures required non-organics. These were employed only after consultation with me.
