KIMBALL CONANT

He has mowed my lawn and pruned my fruit trees and hedge for about 2 years now. He has a mellow personality and is agreeable for all yard jobs.  He has made a dump run for me, also.  His prices are very reasonable for Seattle. I have a small yard with only a front lawn with grass. He works fast.  He is not a landscaper, so you will need to point out which special plants are not to be pruned or cut down.  Lawn looks good after he is done. For his prices, he is excellent.

He comes bi-weeklty or when I call.
Kimball is polite, efficient, comes when I'm not there and completes the job. He leaves an envelope and bill for payment.

Our yard was turning into a "meadow" rather than lawn. Our lawnmower doesn't cut long grass, so it would have been a lot of work to weed eat and then mow. I called Kimball, and he came out the next day and quickly mowed the lawn. He was friendly and efficient, and offered a better price if we don't wait so long next time. We are very happy

Kimball has been caring for the small yard and some shrubs at our condo for about two years. He has done an excellent job.

This work was actually done last year, I just never got around to reporting until now! Kimball returned my call quickly; wasn't available immediately but made arrangements to look at my yard and give me an estimate. He did a great job, discussed how to keep trees/bushes healthy, hauled away some materials and left some for composting. Pleasant, informative, worked very hard on a hot day.

He did a good job mowing our lawn. He was prompt. He was very reasonably priced. He was clean. It was $25 a pop. I would recommend him and use him again in the future.

Kimball was prompt. He was able to squeeze me into his schedule with very short notice. My ivy was very overgrown. When the clippings filled my yard waste container, he took the rest away in his truck and didn't ask for extra pay. I tipped him.

I am very pleased with Kimball. Since I am an out of state Landlord, it has been very difficult finding reliable companies. Kimball was able to work in a budget that I am comfortable with and he e-mails me updates before and after each job. I would highly recommend him. He seems honest and straightforward and so far, excellent in every way.

KIMBALL IS GREAT, HE'S PROMPT, EFFICIENT, COURTEOUS AND WAS THE ONLY LAWN SERVICE I CALLED THAT HASN'T FLAKED ON ME. IN FACT, HE GOT ME OUT OF A TIGHT SPOT BECAUSE WE HAD COMPANY COMING OVER, A FRONT LAWN THAT LOOKED LIKE A JUNGLE DUE TO RECENT RAIN AND A BROKEN LAWNMOWER. HE DID SUCH A GREAT JOB, THE LAWNMOWER WILL PROBABLY NEVER GET FIXED.
