Punctual, but pricey for 25 minutes of work.

Mr. Khone was the only contractor who could come immediately when both of our aging skylights starting leaking badly during a rainstorm. We had a bid from him within hours and two new skylights at a VERY reasonable price within 24 hours. He even fixed all the non-code flashing the previous owners had used and our skylights have been dry through several rainstorms since. Would absolutely recommend him again.

About a half dozen composite shingles had blown off a high area of our roof in a recent storm. We called Khone a few mornings later; he came by that very afternoon to look at what would be involved. He was able to make an appointment to come the very next day to repair the roof. He was absolutely on time both days; came and fixed the roof for exactly the price and in just the amount of time he said it would take him. What a pleasure to have someone who was so punctual, honest and efficient. He pointed out some roofing issues that we might have in the future, but did not try for a second to convince us to do more work now than we needed. He was a pleasure to work with both personally and professionally. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing roofing work; and will hire him again in the future.

Khone provided excellent service from beginning to end. We had a leak in our roof and wanted to have someone come check it out immediately. We called a bunch of roofers and they all were unavailable for at least a few days. Also, all the roofers we talked to would only do complete roof replacements, rather than just a repair. When I called Khone, he was very responsive and explained that he could either do a repair or a replacement. He agreed to come check out our roof that evening and he arrived on time as promised. He did a quick check and told us he could repair the roof for $1500 plus tax, or he could replace the whole roof for $7500 plus tax. We told him we would need to think about it and that we'd be in touch soon. In the meantime, we asked what we should do to keep rain from coming into our house. He suggested we cover the area with a tarp. Since we had a tarp available we asked Khone if he would put it up on our roof. He agreed and worked quickly to get it in place. When I offered to pay him for his time, he refused any money. The next day, we called him to say we wanted to repair the roof. He told me he could probably do the job the next day. Sure enough, he called me in the morning and told me he could be there that day. He arrived promptly and did the job efficiently. Khone is a very nice guy and a hard worker. I recommend him highly. The only thing to know is that Khone is not a native English speaker and can be a little difficult to understand at times. However, if you are patient and listen carefully, it isn't a problem.

Provider offered one of the lower quotes for the job and was available for much faster then any of the other choices. Work went smoothly and on schedule. Provider offered numerous suggestions on what jobs to do to get the best roof upgrade for the money and offered many cost cutting tips.

His bid was lower that everybody else and he gave me a better roof that anyone else was going to give me. He gave me a 50 years roof. He is going to be honest and give you give the best price. He will get the work done in a reasonable amount of time. He will have like four guys on the roof to get it done.

Khone could have easily gotten a big job that day, but by just cleaning off debris that was causing water to build up he fixed my leaking roof. No charge. I have worked with Khone on a few projects over the past 10 years or so, and he is one of the best contractors of any type I have used. Honest, punctual, and top quality work. I won't work with another roofer.

We had a few shingles blow off in the last big storm and needed someone to patch them up. Of the several roofing companies we contacted, Khone was 1)willing to do a small job 2)most reasonable 3)available the soonest. The job still was not cheap for just fixing a few shingles, but it was still more reasonable (by $50-$150 dollars) than other estimates we got. Plus, when I asked about how much extra he would charge for removing an old satellite dish from the other side of the house and patching up the holes, he said he could do it for no extra charge. Khone surprised us by getting the job done the day we got the estimate and hired him. When we got home from work yesterday, the roof was fixed and the satellite was removed! The whole experience with Khone was quick and no-fuss. I have to mark quality as N/A because I really can't comment on the quality of the work done unless I go up on the roof to take a closer look.

Was the best price by 4k, All others were not going to take off both layers of the roof but Khone roofing gave me 2 prices, to take down 1 layer, or 2 layers. very responsive was out pricing the job the day after I called.
He preformed a 2 layers of removing old cedar shake roof and adding a new complete composite roof shingle, in 2 days. No joke, my 3 bedroom rambler was 100% complete 2 days.....

Khone roofing is a great company that perorms excellent work. We had a leak over one of our bedrooms and the roof needed to be repaired. Khone gave as a very good estimate and complete the work very quickly. We had them reapir another section of our roof a year ago and that was done to the same high quality. Both sections of our roof have not shown any additional leaks since. We will definitely work with Khone again in the future.

I had water stains in various parts of my cathedral ceiling in my living room. I thought the roof was leaking although there were never any visible drips during hard rains. The area that the roof slopes down to the back of the chimney needed a cricket since day one of buying this house so I knew that needed to get done. I had gotten a couple of quotes from roofing companies. One suggested replacing some flashing around existing vents in addition to a cricket, but otherwise shingles looked ok. Another company said shingles looked okay, but felt the problem was due to lack of ventilation and they showed me why. I wanted to get a quote from a third party so I contacted a roof repair company found here on AL with great reviews. Unfortunately, this company did not service my area, but they highly recommended Khone's Roofing. I called Khone and he came out asap. He also felt my issue was poor ventilation, and he also pointed out a few other issues that the other roofers did not address. Khone completed the job in a matter of a few hours, and they cleaned up the job sight very well. His pricing was very reasonable and lower than the others. I believe Khone has at least 20 years experience in roofing, with about 10 of those years as his own company. I would definitely use him again, and will refer him to others.

Mostly good. I called several roofers to look at the area of leak / dry rot around the chimney. The prices were mostly between $200 - 450, except for one company that estimated $1100. Khone's bid of $350 was mid-range and he came highly recommended by another company that earned A's on Angie's but was booked solid for a month. After asking Khone to do the job the weather turned wet so he was not able to get to us as quickly as we hoped. But then we had a new leak start from one of the valleys over the porch. He came over immediately to look at it, found the leak from inside the attic, estimated another $350 to fix it and said he could be over the next day to do both repairs since the weather was finally dry and he had cleared out the repairs that were scheduled before my original repair request. Was here early, got the repairs done quickly, walked me through the repairs (up on the roof). Said any problems would be covered for one year at no cost.
