KERWIN LANDSCAPING

I was excited to work with Scott - I had a glowing recommendation from a friend, had seen his work, met him and he was very kind and professional. I paid him for a site visit and to help me come up with a design and plan for landscaping my yard and he never delivered. Scott came out to assess my property and discuss ideas in March and I was told for months that he was encountering delays and would deliver the designs we'd discussed "next week" or "after the weekend" etc. As I understand at least one of these was family/health related, which I fully understand, but he still promised to follow through by a certain date and didn't deliver. It's been about 5 months since he initially came out and I haven't heard anything in over a month. It seemed like a reasonable request for a simple job so I didn't enter any formal contract and paid cash up front for the designs, which in retrospect is my mistake. I hope Scott can get his schedule worked out and stay true to the promises he makes to his clients.

This was a challenging project. It required removing the bricks and timbers from a small, difficult to access, unusable patio adjacent to our condominium townhouse and replacing it with a larger, more attractive, curvilinear flagstone patio, set on crushed rock with a border edging. Scott Kerwin solved numerous design problems to come up with a plan that not only enlarged the space, but made it easily accessible, resulting in a stunning, much-used addition to our home. In addition to his skills in design and construction, he is also knowledgeable about and helpful with other facets of landscape and garden design.
He is very easy to work with; his ideas were creative, yet respectful of our needs; and his crew is highly competent and professional.

On time, on budget. They were fast and efficient, and Scott kept us updated on schedule. David and the crew were wonderful. He even met with our neighbors before trimming a rhody that was hanging in our yard. Very impressed.

My experience with them was excellent. They were on time every day and did a fantastic job; it was beautiful. I couldn't be happier. They were one of the lower bids that I got. They were very professional. They were there 8 o'clock every morning, worked all day and did an excellent job.

We've used them many times over the years. They always do a beautiful job of pruning our big trees with an eye for esthetics. A joy to work with and the results are perfect.

Scott's design input was thoughtful and valuable. His crew was amazing - hardworking, precise, pleasant professionals. The project took longer than anticipated but the end product was well worth the added time.
