Could not have been better! Marco is smart, affordable, tidy, organized and willing to help with whatever we need - from converting a carport into a garage to replacing one piece of damaged sheet-rock. He is willing to crawl into tight, dirty places and report back to us what he finds, complete with photos. He is generous with his extensive list of trusted specialists he can refer you to (i.e., gave us the name of an excellent chimney repair guy) and facilitates the work upon request. Seriously, if you are tired of being blown off by contractors who are too busy to do your 'small' job and hate that queasy feeling that they might be less than perfectly honest, Marco is your guy!
