It was a very unpleasant experience from start to finish. I have sold a lot of new construction homes over the years with a lot of different builders and I have never had the amount of problems or rudeness from everyone that we had to deal with. My client purchased this home at the framing stage. In the beginning things went ok as the house was being built but as we got closer to closing and the client needed some things they were very rude and uncooperative.
My client needed to order window blinds for the home and I had to ask at least 5 or 6 times to get the window schematic so that my client could start pricing window blinds. They gave me the run around and said that I had to get it from their design center
